I enjoyed my "just me" photo walk last week,
so much so,
I'm going to try to make it a regular thing.
Convincing myself to get up at sunrise,
when I could be in my comfy oh so cozy bed...
Haha... we'll see.
The only time I have is either before daddy goes to work,
or when he gets home.
Because, Lord knows, 3 year old Jax
does NOT want to wait for mama to snap a billion pictures.
Hopefully my love for photography will win.
(At least once a week!)
Walking down our country road,
just before the sun rose.
I have a thing for old red barns.
Especially old red barns surrounded by lovely autumn!
I'm kinda loving this in B&W!
Walking back up towards home,
good morning sunshine in autumn!

LOVE the barn.
I'm here blog-hopping
because of B&W,
but I love each and every one of these photos.
I live in the rural midwest and
you have captured what autumn is like for me.
These are beautiful Melanie! I love that old barn. A solo photo walk sounds lovely, great idea!
I want to go too!
These are just lovely, Melanie! And I love that you are going on a photography walk about. Love those trees in B/W, friend!
You live in such a beautiful area! I'm so glad you get to enjoy it through photos and your walks!

I love old red barns too! I bought a book of pictures a few years ago.. just red barns, I wanted to frame them, but since then I decided to take my own pics of barns and frame them.. wish I lived where you lived! its nearly impossible to find a red barn anywhere in this state!
Your pictures are amazing, love that tree shot. spooky, creepy cool and yet.. beautiful!
